Terms and Conditions for the REMONDIS Free Ibis Offer

REMONDIS Ibis Terms and Conditions
  1. Eligibility:
    1. This offer is open to Australian residents only.
    2. Only new customers are eligible for this promotion.
  2. Offer Details:
    1. We have a total of 200 Ibis plush toys to give away.
    2. To qualify for a free REMONDIS Ibis plush toy, customers must:
      1. Spend $1000 or more on waste services, or
      2. Sign up for and maintain a scheduled waste service until at least 30/9/24.
    3. This offer is valid from 1st July 2024 to 30th September 2024.
  3. Availability:
    1. The offer is available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
    2. Once the 200 Ibis plush toys have been distributed, no further plush toys will be available under this promotion.
  4. General Conditions:
    1. The promotion is limited to one plush toy per eligible customer.
    2. The offer cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount.
    3. The plush toy is not redeemable for cash or other products or services.
  5. Fulfillment:
    1. Eligible customers will be contacted via email or phone to arrange the delivery of the Ibis plush toy.
    2. REMONDIS is not responsible for any delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances.
  6. Promotion Period:
    1. The promotion runs from 00:00 AEST on 1st July 2024 to 23:59 AEST on 30th September 2024.
    2. Purchases or sign-ups made outside this period will not be eligible for the promotion.
  7. Privacy:
    1. Personal information provided by participants will be used in accordance with REMONDIS's privacy policy.
    2. By participating in this promotion, customers agree to the collection and use of their personal information for the purposes of this offer.
  8. Modification and Termination:
    1. REMONDIS reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
