What can you dispose of?
- All services include an allowance of '2' hours of transport, Depot to Depot. Should the service take longer than this allowance, further transport charges may apply in addition to the upfront costs. **Excluding services in Adelaide and Townsville. Please contact REMONDIS Online Customer Service for more information relating to services in these areas. **
- Pricing allows for 20m of hose and one operator only. Should a second operator or longer hose be required please contact our Customer Service team for more information.
- Pricing is based on servicing being completed during standard office hours of Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm. Should servicing be required on public holidays, hours outside of the standard office hours or for emergency callouts, additional charges will apply.
- In addition to out of hours charges, customers may incur costs for opening of disposal facilities outside of normal operating hours.
- Please note that REMONDIS Online may require photos of the site and access / a site inspection prior to commencement of servicing and reserve the right requote the service or decline the service based on the results. A full refund will be supplied if this occurs.
- Please note that REMONDIS Online will require confirmation of any entry restrictions relating to locked gates, specific access times and if keys are required for access. Should REMONDIS Online arrive to site and encounter any of these instances the services will not be completed, and the Customer will forfeit the service charges.
- For any Grease Trap service that has the overall volume exceed the applicable volume limit, the client will be charged an additional per litre charge for the excess volume. Please contact REMONDIS Online Customer Service for more information.
- Should a Grease Trap be found to be solid on arrival, the client will incur additional charges on top of the upfront charges.
- Note that for any Under Counter Grease Guardian/Big Dipper Arrestors, these will be cleaned, and the content removed only. No spare parts or diagnostic work performed.
- For any Septic Tank service that has the overall volume exceed the applicable volume limit, the client will be charged an additional per litre charge for the excess volume. Please contact REMONDIS Online Customer Service for more information.
- For any Oily Water service that has the overall volume exceed the applicable volume limit, the client will be charged an additional per litre charge for the excess volume. Please contact REMONDIS Online Customer Service for more information.
- Should there be any sludge waste present in the oily water on disposal, additional per Litre charges will apply for the sludge content on top of the upfront charges.
- Wash-out water from Oily Water services will be charged on top of the upfront charges at an additional per litre rate. Please contact REMONDIS Online Customer Service for more information.
- All waste must be as described. Some oily water waste may require a sample to be provided to be tested for flammability and sludge contents. Should the sampling show the waste has other contaminants present, the client will be charged according to the contaminant present.
- All oil/water waste streams must be non-flammable / Non-Dangerous Goods.
- Urgent call outs will incur an additional charge. Please contact REMONDIS Online Customer Service to discuss your requirements and the charges applicable.
- Services in some locations may incur additional waste levy charges. These will be charged to the customer on completion of the servicing using the payment method supplied for the original purchase.

**Hazardous Materials - Unless explicitly allowed, Hazardous Materials include Aerosol Cans, Tyres, Batteries, Asbestos, Chemicals of any kind, Oil Heaters, Gas Bottles, Fire Extinguishers, Old Insulation, Fibro, Fibreglass roof sheeting, Fibro-cement sheeting, Ammunition, Flares, Paint, Paint Related Products, Other Prescribed or Hazardous Wastes, Bio Wastes or any Liquid or Flammable Waste like Fuel and Oil, Poisons, or any other Liquid Waste. If you are not sure or have a requirement to dispose of any of these types of items please contact us and we will find a solution for you.
***Dangerous Goods - Unless explicitly allowed, Dangerous Goods include Explosive substances and Articles, Gases, Flammable Liquids and Solids, Self-Reactive Substances and Solid Desensitized Explosives, Substances liable to spontaneous combustion, substances which, in contact with Water, emit Flammable and/or Toxic Gases, Oxidizing Substances, Organic Peroxides, Toxic Substances, Infectious Substances, Radioactive Material, Corrosive Substances, Miscellaneous Dangerous Substances and Articles.
